I called Hayneedle to let them know that 2 of my bins had dirt smudges in the front, and they promptly replaced them (I LOVE Hayneedle's customer service!). However, when I received the replacements, one of them had several smudges all over the front and the other one had a couple inside. I don't mind using the ones with the smudges inside, but I think Hayneedle should look into what is going on that 3 out of 4 bins are all dirt smudged...disappointed.
